T&C's, You / We (How to Order / Pay etc)

In accordance with the South African NCR (National Credit Registrar), the House of Headsets is not a registered FSP (Financial Services Provider) and as such may not provide credit facilities or supply goods and/or services on account. We are a normal retail SME outlet like any shop except for the fact that most business is conducted on-line, therefore...

...ordering and paying is not complicated. In fact it's dead simple:

You: See something you like amongst these product pages
We: Quote if you request we do so or...
You: Provide an order or drop us an email requesting what it is you require along with the information you wish to have reflected on the invoice (company name, postal address, VAT No. etc) as well as an exact delivery address (contact name/s & numbers etc)
We: Submit a Proforma Invoice via email with our banking details
You: Pay our Proforma Invoice - EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or COD
We: Deliver your order (Gauteng - 24 to 72 hours. RSA - Next Day courier service via CourierIt)

Please note that all orders are deemed as binding. Please make sure you order correctly as the replacement or swopping of items may not be possible or may be subject to additional charges. If in any doubt, we would be very willing to assist and/or advise. Please note too that all demo, trial or prototype items purchased from 'Specials' sector of this Blog are not subject to warranty unless specified and are thus sold 'Voetstoets'.

NB! The House of Headsets adopts a 'Right of Trade' policy. We regret that under no circumstances whatsoever do we supply equipment to Government, semi-Government, Government affiliated, Government parastatal companies, metropolitan municipalities, any and all Public Service Departments and/or organizations including SETA's and/or the South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL). Further, we do not supply COSATU or any trade union within its membership.

Finally, the House of Headsets, by rights upheld within the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, does not conform with AA or BEE, deeming and alleging such policies as being economically destructive, divisive, unproductive and apartheid endorsing. We do this by virtue of conscientious objection and on religious grounds / reasoning which are our rights protected by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. Thank you.
