IP (Internet Protocol) conference phones
What would best define an 'IP' conference phone? Well, an IP conference phone would be a unit suitable for a various number of people seated around a meeting or boardroom table that is not analogue connected, but rather feeding from a server frame instead. It is important to note that IP conference phones can NEVER be connected into an analogue PABX extension or Telkom land line (with the exception of the Polycom Sound Station Duo above), and in some cases may require a separate power supply unit (PSU) if power is not provided from the server.
