Headset repairs / Warrantees etc

The House of Headsets has three (3) outsourced workshops pertaining to various headset models with highly skilled and well equipped staff, more than capable of conducting headset repairs and refurbishments within reason, whether supplied by us or otherwise.

The procedure is simple -

If you have a headset/s or related equipment that requires repair, you can either send it to us for assessment and quotation, or we can come to you (Johannesburg & Pretoria only). The option of coming to you to either collect or possibly conduct on-site repairs is subject to a two hundred and fifty rands (R250.00) call out fee. Where on-site repairs can be conducted, this is subject to a further two hundred rands (R200.00) first hour labour fee plus spares/parts costs etc. NB! Equipment under warranty is still subject to the call out fee, but not labour, spares/parts or replacement if required.

Headset repair turn around times depend on the make and model of headset, but please bear in mind that some models may no longer be in manufacture and spares/parts therefore may not be available.

Please note that all demo, trial or prototype items purchased from 'Specials' sector of this Blog are not subject to warranty and are thus sold 'Voetstoets'. (Please also see T&C's).
