Handset / Headset Selection Switch - The Handset / Headset selection switch allows the user the option of switching from either the telephone handset to headset or vice-versa. This nifty little device can be used on any make or model of telephone or switchboard instrument, be it analogue or digital. Also, the H/H selection switch offers a mute facility and twelve (12) setting configuration switching mechanism should you change telephone instruments and wish to take your headset with you.

Cradle Switch - (NB! For use on analogue telephones only) - The cradle switch is also known as a 'hook switch' or 'SLT Adaptor'. What the cradle switch does is eliminate the need for lifting and replacing the telephone handset when utilizing a headset in place of the handset. As mentioned, this device can only be used on analogue telephones, but conveniently allows the user the choice of answering and terminating calls at the press of a single button.

Training Adaptor (Basic) - Primarily for call-centre supervisors etc, who wish to monitor assist their agent's calls, by simply plugging their own headset into a second port (hole) that permits either purely listening, or listening and speech (Rx / Tx). Please note that fact when ordering, ie. Should the supervisor port be both-way speech and hearing or monitoring (hearing) only?

Training Adaptor (Professional) - The professional training adaptor is, like the 'basic' above, for call-centre supervisors who wish to monitor assist their agent's calls, by simply plugging their own headset into a second port (hole) that permits either purely listening, or listening and speech (Rx / Tx). The difference with the professional training adaptor however is that the options can all be done at the push of a button whereas with the 'basic', functionality is static.
